wiki: password-manager.md: add more info on how to use secret-tool

Hi, I had a little bit of struggle integrating aerc with gnome-keyring,
so I updated the password-manager documentation with more info on how
secret-tool works that should hopefully clarify things for users where
knowing what query to look up may not be clear.
