wiki: improve protonmail configuration instructions

This updates the wiki to mention how I was able to setup the Proton
Bridge on Ubuntu (instructions are different from Arch or Fedora...),
and also improves the sample configuration to avoid such warnings from
the bridge upon mail sending:
